Delivery & Shipping

We recommend orders that are divisible by 6, as the wines are shipped in boxes of 6 and 12 and the shipping costs are calculated per box. Please refer to our shipping costs table for our shipping costs (prices incl. VAT).

The following applies to deliveries within Austria and to Germany:

No shipping costs are charged for deliveries of 12 bottles or more within Austria and to Germany. For deliveries to other EU countries, please refer to our shipping costs table for the costs of your respective delivery.

Transport damage

Transportation costs and all risks are transferred to the buyer from the Kuchelau warehouse. In accordance with international practice, we do not replace individual corked wines.
